1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the ace69 website and platform (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

ace69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are written in English and this English-language version is the legally operative version. Any translation provided for convenience is not binding and shall not supersede the English original in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ace69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are registering voluntarily and solely on your own behalf;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from ace69 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of ace69 or any of its technology or game-supply partners.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ace69 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction other than as a general entertainment service operated under its applicable framework.

2.2 Registration Process

To access the full features of the Platform, including real-money deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered account. During the registration process you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

Only one account per person is permitted on the ace69 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are subject to closure. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact ace69 support immediately to have the duplicate account merged or closed.

2.3 Identity Verification

ace69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of registration, when a withdrawal is requested, or when account activity triggers an internal compliance review. Acceptable forms of identity documentation include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised national authority.

Accounts that fail to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ace69 support may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete. ace69 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the name on the registered account.

3. Account Obligations and Security

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ace69 will treat any activity carried out using your credentials as activity carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity unless you have notified ace69 in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ace69 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ace69 will take prompt action to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You are required to keep all information associated with your account current and accurate at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. ace69 will not be responsible for failed communications, failed payments, or compliance delays that arise from outdated account information.

3.3 Single Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the ace69 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ace69 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency via international card methods (Visa, Mastercard) will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are applied by the payment provider and not by ace69.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace69 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and ace69 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ace69 account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ace69 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless the Platform communicates otherwise in writing in relation to a specific promotion or transaction type. Deposits that are requested for withdrawal without any wagering activity may be subject to a processing review.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed during platform operating hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ace69 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may deduct their own transaction charges from the amount received.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ace69 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. If the name on the payment account does not match the name on your ace69 account, your withdrawal request will be held pending identity verification.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ace69 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform maintains transaction monitoring procedures designed to detect and report suspicious activity. ace69 reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay or refuse withdrawal requests, and report transactions to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited or withdrawn are connected to illegal activity.

Members must not use the ace69 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial purpose. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and all funds held will be subject to forfeiture pending legal review.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ace69 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. ace69 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a member's misunderstanding of game rules or betting market terms.

All casino games offered on ace69 are supplied by certified third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — and use independently tested random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are those certified by the respective provider and are not modified by ace69.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Each offer will be accompanied by specific terms that detail the eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bet size during bonus play, and expiry date. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, and Independence Day — are offered at the Platform's sole discretion and carry no ongoing obligation to repeat in subsequent years.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace69 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by ace69;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with any element of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed failures to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts other users' access to or enjoyment of the Platform;
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.

ace69 employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed by the compliance team before any withdrawal requests are processed. ace69's decision on matters of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by ace69

ace69 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms & Conditions have been violated; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the account holder is under 18 years of age; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires ace69 to restrict access; or (e) the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other members.

During a suspension, all pending withdrawal requests associated with the account will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. ace69 will communicate the reasons for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable period, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your ace69 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ace69 will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled at the time of closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

ace69 provides formal self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure. A self-exclusion request permanently or temporarily restricts your access to the Platform and will not be reversed within the selected exclusion period under any circumstances. 8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. ace69's total liability to any member in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace69 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions for which ace69 accepts no liability.
